We plan procurement and trade sequencing up front, work around your operating hours where needed, and keep the schedule and cost picture visible so there are no late surprises. Tenant improvement and buildout work is scheduled backward from the date a space needs to open, and change orders are documented before work proceeds.

Reconstruction & Insurance

Full rebuilds, structural repairs, and reconstruction of covered damage — coordinated directly with your insurance carrier.

Reconstruction work is run with the same project-management approach as the rest of our services: a documented scope, a written proposal, and a project manager coordinating framing, envelope, systems, and finishes back to a finished space. On covered projects we work directly with property insurance adjusters and carriers, document the reconstruction scope for the claim, and keep the rebuild moving as approvals come through. We handle partial rebuilds and full structural reconstruction, sequencing trades so the building comes back together in the right order.

Government Contracting

Construction work performed for local military installations across the Puget Sound region.

We perform government contracting work at local military installations, including Naval Base Kitsap, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), Naval Undersea Warfare Center Keyport, and Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM). These projects run on documentation, access control, and schedule discipline, so we plan submittals, site access, and inspections around installation requirements from the start.
